Reza Cove, PhD, MBA, CEng

Founder

Dr. Cove has over 18 years experience delivering engineering projects related to marine operations and engineering construction. He has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif Uni of Tech in Iran, a PhD in Marine Structures Technology from NTNU in Norway and an MBA from INSEAD in France. Reza has worked in shipyards as well as marine equipment production. He is familiar with review and acceptance testing of such equipment. He is also proficient with engineering standards and numerical methods and has developed many efficient solutions related to solving complex time consuming problems.

Hessam Salehi

Senior Consultant

Hessam is a specialist in AI Engineering and Cloud Architecture, with deep mastery in Generative AI, LLM integration, agentic systems, and multi-agent architectures. He designs and deploys production-grade solutions on Azure AI Foundry, turning complex engineering workflows into scalable, intelligent applications. With proven experience in oil & gas and energy, he bridges business needs with cutting-edge AI — delivering real impact, efficiency, and innovation at scale.

Iman Abdi

Project Engineer

Iman has been working for years onboard ships and has good experience of ship systems including transfer equipment, engines, and cranes.

Milad Taghipour

Co-founder
